Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/2 c. Honey
  • 1/2 c. Cardamon, grnd
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 Tbsp. Warm water
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 c. White flour
  • 1 c. Nuts, minced (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Cream sugar, butter and honey. Combine flour, cardamon, soda and salt in a bowl, stirring to mix thoroughly. Add in the flour mix to the sugar mix 1/3 part at a time. Add in warm water after 2nd flour addition. Stir in nuts if you like. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 min. This is a thin cookie; do not overbake, it is not supposed to brown. They are chewy the first day and then become crisp.
