Receta Caribbean Bacon Cheeseburger
Jamaican Jerk Bacon and Pepper Jack Cheeseburger #Burgermonth

Jamaican Jerk Bacon and Pepper Jack Cheeseburger
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons Jerk Seasonings
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices pepper jack cheese
- 4 tablespoons mayonaise
- 4 slices of bacon cooked
- 1 avocado sliced
Directions:
Combine the jerk seasoning, lemon, soy and ginger in a medium bowl. Add the ground beef and combine. Divide into 4 patties. Cook the patties 7 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Add cheese and allow to melt about a minute or so. Top with a tablespoon mayo, bacon and avocado slices.
