Jamaican Jerk Bacon and Pepper Jack Cheeseburger #Burgermonth

Take a quick vacation with this spicy, sweet and juicy Jamaican Jerk Burger.

You are going to need it. This month is #burgermonth, so to celebrate lets make some burgers! Girl Carnivore is sponsoring #Burgermonth.

Jamaican Jerk Bacon and Pepper Jack Cheeseburger

Ingredients:

Directions:

Combine the jerk seasoning, lemon, soy and ginger in a medium bowl. Add the ground beef and combine. Divide into 4 patties. Cook the patties 7 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Add cheese and allow to melt about a minute or so. Top with a tablespoon mayo, bacon and avocado slices.
