Ingredientes

  • 6 hard-boiled large eggs, shelled and sliced into halves
  • 3 T capers, liquid removed
  • 1 teaspoon onion, chopped
  • 1 can water-packed tuna, well liquid removed
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry pwdr
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise to moisten or possibly desired consistency
  • Paprika
  • Couple dashes warm pepper sauce (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Remove cooked egg yolks and set aside. In medium size bowl, mash egg yolks. Add in remaining ingredients except paprika. Mix well and stuff mix into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika.
