Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine
  • 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. semisweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 2 tsp instant coffee pwdr
  • 1 tsp rum extract
  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. coarsely broken walnuts
  • 1/2 c. walnut halves
  • 1 x 9 inch unbaked pie shell nondairy whipped topping chocolate syrup

Direcciones

  1. Method:1. Cream butter or possibly margarine with sugar. Beat in Large eggs, one at a time. Add in melted chocolate, instant coffee, and rum extract. Stir in flour and broken walnuts. Turn filling into pie shell. Top with walnut halves in decorative pattern.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 25 min. Cold. Top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup if you like.
  3. Makes 1 - 9 inch pie
  4. A chocolate pie with a little rum kick.
