Caribbean Papaya Orange Soup

Ingredientes

  • 500 ml Cool chicken broth
  • 250 ml Fresh orange juice
  • 1 env plain gelantine
  • 1 x Egg white
  • 1 x Papaya
  • 1 pch Salt
  • 1 pch Grnd cumin Almonds, minced Coconut, grated

Direcciones

  1. Pour cool broth into a pot, sprinkle gelatin over top, and set aside to soften for a few min. Beat the egg white till frothy. Add in egg white to soup mix and bring to simmer, whisking constantly till gelatin is fully dissolved and soup is frothy. Allow to cold down for about 10 min. Meanwhile seed and mash the papaya. Then put into a food processor, adding the soup mix and the orange juice and process to a puree. Season to taste. Refrigate few hrs or possibly better overnight. Adjust seasonigs before serving. Garnish with almonds an coconut.
