Ingredientes

.2 pounds shrimp ( De-veined and shelled you can leave the shell on its optional)

.onion chopped

.chandon beni chopped

.chive chopped

.1 tsp ginger chopped

.2 hot pepper( 1 chopped) and the other is sliced

.4 cloves garlic chopped

.thyme
-
.ketchup 1 1/2 cup

.soya sauce 2 tablespoons

.sesame oil table spoon
-
.oil

.water 1 cup

.salt
-
.3 pimento chopped
-
.1 onion to decorate (slice onion in half's so it will be chunky)

.1 carrot (sliced so it look like circles)

Direcciones
- season shrimp with onion, chandon beni chive ginger 1 hot pepper, garlic thyme

- . in a hot pot with oil add 1 hot pepper that was sliced leave for about a minute
- .add shrimp and saute
- .when the shrimp it cooked add half of the ketchup , soya sauce and sesame oil stir
- . when it makes a sauce pour half of the water and stir
- . add the carrot and onion and stir
- .add the rest of the ketchup and water stir and let bubble
- .leave for 10 mins covered
