Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Caribou meat
  • 1/4 c. Red wine
  • 2 bn Green onions minced Soy sauce to taste Garlic pwdr to taste
  • 4 x Flour tortillas - (4 to 5)
  • 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil Monterey Jack cheese shredded Teriyaki marinade Lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Slice meat into thin strips. Rub meat with soy sauce and garlic pwdr and marinate overnight.
  2. Heat skillet with oil add in teriyaki marinade and saute/fry meat. Cook for about 5 min, add in wine and cook till blended; set aside.
  3. In same skillet saute/fry green onions or possibly if you prefer don't cook onions. Hot tortillas.
  4. On each tortilla, add in strips of meat, minced green onion, shredded cheese, lowfat sour cream, and a small amount of pan drippings Or possibly let everyone select their own topping.
  5. This recipe yields 4 to 5 servings.
