Ingredientes

  • 3 can tuna in oil, (7 ounce.)
  • 2 med onions
  • 1 sm green bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. chicken seasoning Salt, to taste
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 c. soft bread crumbs

Direcciones

  1. Grease a 2-qt baking dish. Flake about 1 1/2 cans tuna on the bottom of dish. Grind onion and green bell pepper. Put in a saucepan, add in a little water and parboil. Add in butter into mix. Beat Large eggs in large bowl, add in seasonings and onion mix.
  2. In a saucepan, heat lowfat milk and soak bread crumbs. Add in to above mix and pour into pan over tuna. Flake remaining tuna over top of the dressing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till knife comes out clean.
  3. Serve with turkey and trimmings.
