- Remove the fat from the meat and boil it whole in water till almost tender.
- Remove from the water and cut it into small cubes.
- Fry the cubes in fat or possibly oil till brown, then remove from the fire.
- Add in chile pwdr and seasonings to the pan, then add in the meat stock or possibly tomatoes.
- Simmer for 1/2 hour.
