Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 lb Round steak, (up to 3)
  • 1 lrg (or possibly 2 small) Pasilla de Oaxaca
  • 1 Tbsp. Penzy's Southwest seasoning
  • 1 can (28oz) of diced tomatos

Direcciones

  1. Cut the beef to the desired size and brown it. Cut the Pasilla de Oaxaca in small pcs and put in the pan with the meat. Add in the Southwest seasoning. Cover with water. Bring to a boil and simmer about 1/2 hour. Add in tomatos. Bring to a boil and simmer until tender.
  2. Serve over rice.
