Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Sirloin steak, cubed
  • 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 x Vegetable oil
  • 2 can (14 ounce) diced tomatoes
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic pwdr
  • 1 x Jalapeno pepper, diced and seeded
  • 1/2 x Bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Grnd cumin
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Coat steak with cornstarch. Cook in a large oiled skillet over medium heat till browned, stirring constantly. Drain the meat on paper towels. Clean the skillet and add in the steak and all remaining ingredients to the skillet. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 30 min, stirring often. Remove the lid and cook uncovered for an additional 30 min or possibly till sauce is thick and meat is tender.
  2. Serve with flour tortillas.
