Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Pork, (I used butt), up to 3 Onions Tomato puree Chicken stock or possibly water Potatoes Garlic Chile pwdr Cumin Salt Oil

Direcciones

  1. In a large heavy pan or possibly dutch oven, heat oil then add in pork. once lightly brown add in onions and saute/fry. Add in potatoes, and saute/fry some then add in chicken stock,tomato puree, garlic, and everything else to taste
  2. (heavy on the cumin, lighter on the chile pwdr is a good combo)
  3. Cook till very tender. Sauce will thicken
