Carp in red wine

I love fish and the method of preparing carp is very tasty and delicious! We can also add white wine!

Ingredientes

  • 1 small carp
  • fine flour for coating
  • oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 bouillon cube
  • 200 ml red wine
  • 4 grains of allspice
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • ground black pepper
  • salt

Direcciones

  1. Carp wash, clean and fillet-me. Every bit of salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice and coat in plain flour.
  2.   The oil pan and reheat individual portions of fish fry on both sides. Aside in aluminum foil, cooled to that.
  3.   The gravy Spinach finely chopped onions, add tomato sauce, bay leaves, allspice, bouillon cube dissolved in 100 ml of warm water and red wine. Stir and simmer while.
  4.   Strain mixture finished, insert it into the prepared carp, lemon wheel and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. The finished dish sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve with potatoes.
