Ingredientes

  • 1 kg beef, fillet
  • 4 slc bacon
  • 16 x oysters
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp mustard, French
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice salt, pepper

Direcciones

  1. Combine oysters with a marinade of worcestershire, mustard and lemon juice in a bowl and mix to coat.
  2. Insert a sharp knife into the side of each steak to create a pocket.
  3. Stuff 4 oysters and some marinade into each steak and wrap each steak with a piece of bacon and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Grill or possibly pan fry to desired degree of doneness.
  5. Serve with Bearnaise sauce.
