Carrot and Apple Juice Recipe
A healthy, nutrient rich breakfast drink, ideal for kids too.
Ingredients:
- Carrots – 3 to 4, chopped
- Apples – 2, diced, cored
- Water – 1/2 cup
- Sugar – as per taste (optional)
- Ginger – 1/2 tsp, grated (optional)
Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend well until smooth.
3. Strain well and pour into individual serving glasses.
4. Serve at once.
