Receta Carrot and Zucchini Salad
Ever say to yourself “What to Cook, right now?” I know that I say it to myself all the time. If you are looking for a healthy, quick twist on a salad, you have got to try my Carrot and Zucchini Salad. I simply used my Raw Honey Mustard Salad Dressing to jazz it up.
Carrot and Zucchini Salad
try using a mandoline or a slicer to get long thin slices

Ingredients
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
- ¼ purple onion, thinly sliced
- ⅛ cup flat-leaf parsley
- 2 Tablespoons torn mint leafs
- ⅛ teaspoon fine sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Raw Honey Mustard Salad Dressing
Directions
Combine the carrots, zucchini, and onion in a bowl.
Add the salad dressing, parsley and mint leafs.
Season with the salt and pepper.
Toss and serve

That honey mustard salad dressing tastes so delectable, that you will want to lick your plate. No, I am not saying that I licked my plate. Really, I didn’t. I wanted to, but I just couldn’t do it. Kona was staring at me and, well she’s the dog, she licks plates, not me.
