Ingredientes

  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 2/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 1 x (15 oz) can carrots, liquid removed and pureed
  • 1 x (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • 1 c. minced walnuts
  • 1 c. flaked coconut

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Sift together the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside. In a large bowl, beat Large eggs, sugar and oil till smooth. Beat in flour mix. Stir in pureed carrots, pineapple, walnuts and coconut.
  2. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 min, or possibly till a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  3. Allow to cold.
  4. Prep Time: approx. 30 Min.
  5. Cook Time: approx. 40 Min.
  6. Ready in: approx. 1 Hour 30 Min.
  7. Makes 1 - 9x13 inch pan
