Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
  • 4 x Large eggs, well beaten
  • 2 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1 c. Minced pecans
  • 3 c. Grated carrots

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour 3 layer pans or possibly 1 bundt pan.
  2. Mix sugar and oil together. Add in Large eggs and mix well. Combine dry ingredients and stir in. Mix till smooth. Add in pecans and carrots. Pour into pan(s).
  3. Bake at 325 - 30 min for layers, 1 hour for bundt pan. Cake is done when a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Frost when completely cold.
  4. CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
  5. 1 box (16 ounce) confectioner's sugar 8 ounce cream cheese, softened 1/4 c. butter, softened 1 tsp lemon extract
  6. Blend well and spread on cold cake.
