CARROT CHAPATTI

Carrot chappati is healthy and delicious item.Diet people can eat this carrot chappati.Carrots are excellent for the eyes and vitamin A also.Try this carrot chappati really good.All peoples are enjoying a lot.

Ingredientes

  • Baby carrot-4
  • Wheat flour-1 1/2cups
  • Salt-to taste
  • Baking soda-1/4tsp
  • Sugar-1/2tsp
  • Water
  • oil

Direcciones

  1. Cut the baby carrot into small pieces.
  2. Take a blender,add carrot and blend in smooth paste.
  3. Place a wheat flour in a bowl,add salt,baking soda,sugar,carrot paste and mix well.
  4. Add required amount of water and mix well.After wheat flour comes in dough shape.
  5. Dough divided into 6 or 7 balls.Roll the dough in a rolling pin.
  6. Place a rolling dough in a chapatti pan.
  7. Add some oil on edge sides.
  8. Turn on both sides until comes in golden brown.
  9. Hot and serve with "vegetable kurma".
