Ingredientes

  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. Brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 2 dsh Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Sherry
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 c. Cooked mashed carrots
  • 3 c. White wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 tsp Baking soda
  • 3 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Grated orange rind

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients together well, roll out on floured board, cut and fry.
  2. This dough is very sticky, but if you add in too much extra flour they get too heavy.
  3. (Sour lowfat milk: use regular lowfat milk with lemon juice added - 1 Tbsp. juice per 1 c. lowfat milk)
