Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Cake meal
  • 3 lb Carrots, cooked and mashed
  • 3 x Large eggs, separated
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 stk margarine, melted

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven-375 Combine cake meal and salt. In large bowl combine carrots; sugar, margarine, and yolks Mix well Make a well in center and add in dry ingredients Stir till well blended Beat egg white till still, but not dry fold into carrots Lightly spoon into greased baking dish
  2. Bake for 45 minutes.
