Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Brown rice syrup
  • 1 c. Boiling water
  • 3 c. Grated carrots
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cardamom

  2. Savor this terrific dessert.
  3. Dissolve brown rice syrup in boiling water. Stir till you get a consistent syrup. Add in carrots and stir till the mix becomes semi-solid. Add in cardamom. Chill before serving.
  4. Hints:1. Add in dry fruits for variety.
  5. Add in 2 tsp. of minced cashews and almonds to enhance the flavor
  6. (optional).
  7. Fat: Less than 1 gram
