Ingredientes

  • 4 c. Sugar
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 3/4 c. Vegetable oil
  • 2 c. Pineapple, crushed
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 6 c. Flour
  • 4 tsp Cinnamon, grnd
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Baking soda
  • 4 c. Carrot, grated
  • 2 c. Nuts, minced

Direcciones

  1. Beat together the sugar and Large eggs. Add in vegetable oil, crushed pineapple, liquid removed and vanilla extract. Beat well. Add in flour, grnd cinnamon, salt and baking soda, all sifted together. Add in grated carrots and minced nuts.
  2. Bake in loaf pans @ 325 degrees for 60 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
