Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Carrots
  • 1 ounce Butter or possibly margarine
  • 5 fl ounce Single cream Salt & freshly grnd black pepper Grated nutmeg

Direcciones

  1. Scrub or possibly peel the carrots and cut into even-sized pcs. Place in a saucepan, in cover with water and bring to the boil, then cook, covered, till tender, about 15 min. Drain, reserving the liquid, then puree with the butter or possibly margarine and cream. Season to taste.
