I grow carrots in my garden and when I plant, I get carried away, this year I had more carrots than I knew what to do with so I not only cooked, froze, glaze, roasted carrots I placed them in my toss salads and stir fries and decided to do the old style recipe of carrot raisin salad. My family loved it, so here you go.

Ingredientes
10 Carrots, shredded, not too thin
1/2 cup raisins golden or black
1/2 cup chunk pineapple
1/2 cup mayo
1 Tbs vinegar
3 Tbs sugar
1/2 Tsp celery seeds
Direcciones
Blend carrots, raisins and pineapples together, set aside
Make dressing
Mayo, vinegar, sugar and celery seeds together and blend well
Add this to your carrot mixture and chill for an hour
