Ingredientes

  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 2 x 7 1/2 ounce. jar Junior Carrots (baby food)
  • 4 lrg Large eggs Nuts, as desired
  • 6 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 stk soft butter (1/2 c.)
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Sift dry ingredients, add in oil, carrots and Large eggs. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured 12x18 cookie sheet with sides.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min
  3. Frosting:Beat all till smooth & fluffy. Spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle nuts over frosting.
