Ingredientes

  • 4 c. Carrots sliced
  • 1/2 c. Onions chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 2 x Garlic Cloves chopped (or possibly more) Salt to taste - optional

Direcciones

  1. In a med. saucepan, blanch carrots in boiling water for 2 minutes.
  2. Plunge immediately into cool water to stop cooking.
  3. Drain and add in onion, vinegar and herbs.
  4. Use any other herbs of your choice.
  5. PREP TIME: 10 minBLANCHING TIME: 5 minutes
  6. Cooking Time: 5 minutes
  7. SERVINGS: 4 - 6
