Ingredientes

  • 2 med Tomatoes, finely minced
  • 1 med Onion, finely minced
  • 1 x Clove (small) garlic, finely minced
  • 1 x Canned Jalapeno pepper, seeded
  • 1 Tbsp. Finely snipped cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp Dry oregano leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Jalapeno pepper liquid

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients. Cover and chill in glass or possibly plastic container.
  2. Chill no longer than 7 days.
  3. Yield: about 2 c. of sauce. Mycookbook has a note in there stating which a bottled tomato and yellow chili sauce can be substituted in recipes calling for Casera Sauce.
