Ingredientes

  • 1 pt Fresh blackberries or possibly Olallieberries
  • 2 Tbsp. Creme de cassis or possibly Blackberry liqueur Sugar to taste

Direcciones

  1. Place fruit in food processor or possibly blender. Process till smooth.
  2. Press pureed fruit through a sieve into a bowl. Throw away seeds left in sieve.
  3. Stir creme de cassis into sauce. Add in sugar to taste, stirring till dissolved.
  4. Makes 3/4 to 1 c..
  5. Timesaver Tip: Recipe can be prepared up to several days ahead and stored, covered, in refrigerator. It also freezes well; use within 4 months.
