Receta Castagnaccio With Red Grapes

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, place flour, sugar and walnuts. Add in 1/2 c. cool lowfat milk and slowly add in rest of lowfat milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps to create in batter. Grease pan with 1 Tbsp. oil and pour in batter. Drizzle top with remaining oil and distribute rosemary proportionately over top. Bake for 45 min, or possibly till a toothpick pierced in the center comes out clean.
- While castagnaccio is cooking, place grapes and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook till quite soft and bubbly, about 10 min.
- Remove castagnaccio from the oven and serve either hot or possibly cold with grape sauce.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
