Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Catfish, cut up (up to 3)
  • 2 quart Cool water
  • 1 x Minced celery stalk Salt and pepper Herbs (bay leaf, parsley, thyme)
  • 1 x Sliced onion
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Fat

Direcciones

  1. Place all ingredients into a stew pan and put on slow fire. Stir occasionally and cook till fish is ready to fall to pcs. Serve warm.
