Ingredientes

  • 1 x 8 ounce. catfish fillet
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Tomato, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Green pepper, minced
  • 1/4 c. Cooked crawfish tail meat
  • 1 dsh Tabasco
  • 1 x Splash white wine
  • 1/2 x Lemon juice only

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in a nonstick skillet. Season catfish fillet with Old Bay seasoning. Saute/fry on low heat about 3 min each side. Remove. Add in onion, tomato, green pepper, crawfish tails, Tabasco, white wine, and lemon juice. Saute/fry mix and serve over fish.
