Ingredientes

  • 1 x thick tomato juice, (2 gallons )
  • 2 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 2 lrg onions, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. mixed pickling spice
  • 8 c. sugar
  • 8 Tbsp. Clear-Jell, heaping
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 7 Tbsp. salt

Direcciones

  1. Boil together the tomato juice, vinegar, onions and pickling spice till onions are soft. Put through sieve. Put back on to boil (about 1 hour).
  2. Mix remaining ingredients together dry and stir in. Then boil 10-15 min more. Put in warm bottles and seal.
