Ingredientes

  • 1 sm Cauliflower
  • 1 x Red onion, sliced
  • 1 x Garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 x Vanilla pod, split
  • 1 x Vegetable stock cube
  • 100 ml Double cream

Direcciones

  1. 1 Break the cauliflower into florets and cut in slices. Put into a medium pan and add in the red onion, garlic and seeds from the vanilla pod.
  2. 2 Crumble the stock cube in and pour sufficient boiling water over to cover.
  3. 3 Bring to the boil and simmer for 8-10 min. Add in the double cream.
  4. 4 Pour the soup into a blender and process till smooth. Serve immediately with fresh crusty bread.
