Ingredientes

  • 4 c. Broccoli flowerets, (1 1/2 lbs.)
  • 6 c. Cauliflower flowerets, (2-2 1/2 lbs.)
  • 1 pkt (10 Ounce.) frzn peas, thawed and liquid removed
  • 1/3 c. Sliced green onions
  • 1/2 c. Thinly sliced celery
  • 1 can (8 Ounce.) sliced water chestnuts liquid removed
  • 1 jar (2 Ounce.) pimento, liquid removed
  • 1 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 x Sour, (8 ounce.) cream
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl. In small bowl blend mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic pwdr and sugar. Fold into vegetables.
  2. Chill, covered, several hrs or possibly overnight.
  3. Yield: 22 (1/2 c.)
