Ingredientes

  • 2 c. cauliflower florets
  • 2 c. broccoli florets
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 1 c. cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 stk butter melted
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed croutons

Direcciones

  1. Cook cauliflower and broccoli in boiling water for 5 min. Drain and place in the bottom of a baking dish. Mix together; Large eggs, mayonnaise,onion, 1/2 c. cheese,soup and butter. Pour over vegetables in dish. Mix together remaining 1/2 c. cheese and croutons. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 40 min.
  2. Note: This dish may be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
