Receta Cauliflower & Cheese Bake

Ingredientes

1 head cauliflower 3 T extra virgin olive oil 1 lg. onion, sliced thin

Salt & pepper to taste 1/3 c. fine bread crumbs 1 (8 ounce) pkg. mozzarella cheese, grated

Direcciones

1. Cut off cauliflower flowerettes.2. Steam till tender (approximately 20 min).
2. Meanwhile saute onions in oil till golden brown.
3. Pour in crumbs. Stir.
4. Layer cauliflower, cheese and onions in a baking dish.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
7. Place under broiler till cheese melts and top turns light brown.
