Crunchy cauliflower which settled well in a curry executed with spices, curry powder, coriander and curry leaves

Ingredientes

  • To blend/ground
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 5 garlic
  • 6 shallots
  • 2 stalks coriander leaves
  • Other ingredients
  • 1/2 (about 280g) cauliflower - cut into bite size florets
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 2 sprigs curry leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp lime juice
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • Salt for taste

Direcciones

  1. Mix curry powder and tomato puree in blended paste.
  2. Add mixed paste in heated oil.
  3. Fry over low heat till aromatic and oil splits.
  4. Pour 1/2 liter of water and curry leaves.
  5. Season with salt.
  6. When heated through, add caulis and lime juice.
  7. Simmer to soften and remove from heat.
