Receta cauliflower crust pizza
There are so many types of pizza...think about it.
This type is low-carb, veggie-based, and doesn't taste like crap!
Rad!
It's only natural pizza is to be included in Recipe A-Day April.
Ingredients//
- 2 1/2 cups of mashed cauliflower
- 1/4 cup quinoa flakes
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp thyme
toppings - whatever you want!
Directions//
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees - it's gettin hot in here
Add the cauliflower into a bowl as a base to mix everything into
...you knew it was coming...mix everything into the bowl (one of those durrr moments)
Mix well - should be a doughy looking thing when your done mixing
Form into a small pizza shape
Bake for 20 minutes
Add toppings of choice - bake for additional 12 - 13 minutes
