Ingredientes

  • 1/4 (about 400g) caulis - cut into florets and steamed/boiled till tender
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 4 shallots - chopped
  • 1 red chili - chopped
  • 1 green chili - chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1-2 sprigs coriander leaves - chopped/shredded
  • Salt for taste
  • Oil for frying

Direcciones

  1. Mash boiled caulis and incorporate with the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Take small portions of the mixture and shape into cutlets or rolls.
  3. Deep fry and drain over kitchen towel.
