Ingredientes

  • 4 c. Partially cooked fresh cauliflower or possibly 2 (10 ounce.) Packages frzn, thawed, liquid removed
  • 1 1/2 c. Fully cooked ham, cubed
  • 1 can (11 ounce.) condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Shredded cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Arrange cauliflower in ungreased rectangular baking dish (11"x7" x 1 1/2").
  2. Sprinkle with ham cubes. Beat soup and lowfat milk till smooth, pour over ham.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients till crumbly, sprinkle over soup mix.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake till topping is golden, 20 to 25 min at 400 degrees.
  5. Serves 8.
