Ingredientes
- Cauliflower – 2 cups, cleaned, washed, chopped
- Green Peas – 1 cup, shelled
- Basmati Rice – 2 cups, soaked in water for 20 minutes
- Onions – 3 to 4, finely chopped
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
- Tomatoes – 2
- Cinnamon – small piece
- Cloves – few, as per taste
- Cardamoms – few, as per taste
- Coconut – 4 to 5 small pieces
- Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder – 2 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder – 2 tsp
- Mint Leaves – handful
- Salt as per taste
- Oil as required
