Receta Cauliflower Podimas
Ingredients:
- Cauliflower Florets - 1 cup, cleaned, washed, chopped
- Capsicum - 1/2 cup, chopped
- Onion - 1, chopped
- Tomato - 1, chopped
- Dry Red Chillies - 5
- Mustard Seeds - few
- Cumin Seeds - few
- Coriander Leaves - handful, chopped
- Turmeric Powder - a pinch
- Salt as per taste
- Oil as required
Method:
1. Heat little oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Fry the mustard seeds, cumin seeds and dry red chillies for 30 to 45 seconds.
3. Add tomatoes, onions and saute well for 2 minutes.
4. Add turmeric powder, capsicum, cauliflower and salt.
5. Stir well.
6. Sprinkle a little water and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
7. Cook until the cauliflower pieces are tender and done.
8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
9. Serve at once.
