Cauliflower Roasted with Paprika

This dish has a wonderful, very slightly spicy flavor. The high heat roasting creates a nice sweetness to the Cauliflower and adds a nice color. Definitely serve it hot. It loses some of it's charm when it has cooled down (like cold toast).

Ingredientes

  • 1 head cauliflower cored and broken into 1-2 inch pieces
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1.5 tsp paprika
  • Kosher salt and ground pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 450
  2. Line baking pan with foil
  3. Spread cauliflower on foil, drizzle with oil and sprinkle paprika. Toss lightly to coat. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  4. Roast about 18-20 minutes turning once.
  5. Remove when tender an lightly browned.
