Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter if you like
  • 6 x Buttermilk pancakes, recipe follows
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Caviar, about 2 ounces
  • 1 x Hard boiled egg yolk, forced through a sieve
  • 1/2 x Scallion, chopped

Direcciones

  1. In a small saucepan cook the butter over moderate heat, swirling the pan occasionally, till it is golden, being careful not to let it burn, and keep it hot.
  2. Spread each pancake with about 1 Tbsp. of the lowfat sour cream, or possibly to taste, top the lowfat sour cream with about 1 tsp. of the caviar, or possibly to taste, and sprinkle each pancake with some of the egg yolk and scallion. Stack 3 pancakes on each of 2 plates and drizzle each stack with some of the brown butter.
