CCSG - Party Potatoes

Ingredientes

  • 12 servings instant mashed potatoes prepared as on box
  • 1 - 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 T. margarine
  • Paprika
  • Dried chives to color (I omit this)

Direcciones

  1. Season to taste, the original recipe calls for 1/2 to 1 tsp of onion salt, I usually use about 3/4 tsp of garlic salt and some onion powder.
  2. Put first several ingredients into large casserole.
  3. Melt 2 T. margarine and pour over top of potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
