Ingredientes

  • 7 med red potatoes peeled and quartered (about 3-1/4 pounds)
  • 2 Tbsp. reduced-calorie margarine
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/3 c. 1% low-fat lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. fresh parsley chopped or possibly 1 Tbsp. dry parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning Chicken Gravy:
  • 2 Tbsp. reduced-calorie margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 1 c. low-salt chicken broth

Direcciones

  1. Place potatoes in a large saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat; simmer 20 min or possibly till very tender. Drain and return to pan.
  3. Heat margarine in a small skillet over medium-high heat, and saute/fry celery and onion 8 min or possibly till tender.
  4. Add in celery mix, lowfat milk, parsley, salt, and poultry seasoning to potatoes; beat at medium speed of a mixer till smooth. Serve with Chicken Gravy.
  5. Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1 c. potatoes and 2-1/2 Tbsp. gravy).
