  • 1/2 tsp Grnd red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Onion pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Lemon pepper
  • 3/4 tsp Seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Coarsely grnd black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Dry rosemary, crushed
  • 3/4 tsp Dry oregano leaves
  • 3/4 tsp Dry thyme
  • 1 tsp Chile pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Onion salt
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1/8 tsp Grnd oregano
  • 3/4 tsp Dry oregano
  • 3/4 tsp Dry basil
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Combine ingredients, sprinkle over steak. Lightly rub into beef.
  2. Yields: approximately two 12 oz steaks or possibly double recipe for a 3 lb. roast.
