1/2 tsp Grnd white pepper
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Onion pwdr
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Lemon pepper
3/4 tsp Seasoned salt
1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
1/4 tsp Coarsely grnd black pepper
1/2 tsp Dry mustard
1/2 tsp Dry rosemary, crushed
3/4 tsp Dry oregano leaves
3/4 tsp Dry thyme
1 tsp Chile pwdr
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Onion salt
1/4 tsp Garlic salt
1/8 tsp Grnd oregano
3/4 tsp Dry oregano
3/4 tsp Dry basil
1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
1/2 tsp Salt
Direcciones
Combine ingredients, sprinkle over steak. Lightly rub into beef.
Yields: approximately two 12 oz steaks or possibly double recipe for a 3 lb. roast.
