Another Fabulous Variation for a Garlic Butter

Garlic butter is generally used as a dip, flavour seafood, and as a bread spread. This version of the garlic butter combined with chadon beni is our trini version for you to enjoy. However, if you cannot get chadon beni in the market you can substitute it with cilantro. It would do just fine. Of course as usual you can still experiment with the ingredients I have listed or even add you own personal twist to the recipe. I was thinking of adding some heat to make it a little more spicy so instead of the black pepper you could substitute it with some pepper sauce to taste.

Anyhow I hope you enjoy this simple but powerful recipe.
