- CUT each bread slice in a circle and then in quarters. Heat oil and deep fry the bread pcs in warm oil until golden. Sprinkle a little sugar syrup over the bread pcs.
- Mix the rabri and brandy well. Arrange the bread pcs on a plate.
- Coat them with brandy flavoured rabri. Decorate with silver varakh.
- Sprinkle minced nuts and a little brandy on top before serving.
- NOTES : French toast served with rabri.
