Ingredientes

  • 2 x Bread slices Oil for frying
  • 300 ml Sugar syrup
  • 150 ml Rabri
  • 2 Tbsp. Brandy, (30 ml.)
  • 1 sht silver varakh
  • 50 gm Mixed dry fruits, minced A handful of minced nuts, fried A few drops of brandy

Direcciones

  1. CUT each bread slice in a circle and then in quarters. Heat oil and deep fry the bread pcs in warm oil until golden. Sprinkle a little sugar syrup over the bread pcs.
  2. Mix the rabri and brandy well. Arrange the bread pcs on a plate.
  3. Coat them with brandy flavoured rabri. Decorate with silver varakh.
  4. Sprinkle minced nuts and a little brandy on top before serving.
  5. NOTES : French toast served with rabri.
  6. Makes 8 pcs
